Established in 2014, by a dedicated team committed to creating a brighter future for underprivileged children, particularly those vulnerable to abuses such as child labor and sex trafficking. Mr.Kumar S. Naik
President & Founder
Mr. Kumar S. Naik, originally hails from remote village Kuskur, taluk Shikaripura in Shivamogga District. He had come to Bangalore in search of a job to support his family. After working in garments industry he started own boutique business. Then he started Hallow bricks factory and also Helmet business with his own efforts. He also entered into building construction business. And he also work with film industry, In 2014 he founded Kalparaksha Educational & Charitable Trust to serve the needy children in Mahalakshmi Layout.
Until today he has supported and rehabilitated more than 2000 children into mainstream of society by providing food, shelter and education.
- He has been awarded the Kayaka Ratna award by Basava Samaja for his noble service.
- He has also received the Lifetime Achievement Award for Best Social Service from Indian Business award.
- Various Clubs and Associations have honored him for his service from past 10 years.

A Proud Achievement – Kalpa Raksha Educational and Charitable Trust Excels in Niranthara Lite Program with Dhwani Foundation
At Kalpa Raksha Educational and Charitable Trust, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of underprivileged children. Recently, we participated in the six-month Niranthara Lite Program organized by Dhwani Foundation, alongside 30 other NGOs.
The program focused on key areas like Operations & Management, Documentation & Compliance, Sustainability Strategies, and Fundraising & Donor Engagement.
Through hard work and dedication, we proudly secured first place among all participating NGOs and successfully completed the graduation from the program, showcasing our commitment to excellence in nonprofit management and improving the lives of children in need.
